affect in our life. So it is our important duty to concern
about selection of good food. At first we need follow
digestive or integrative food which are fit or not fit for our
body. Menu will be made with six food items will be included
in menu to protect our body. because Good food contained good health.

carbohydrate, fat, salt, water, vitamin, etc.
Protein as :-
Egg, fish, meat, milk, dull, nuts, wheat, Beans, etc. protein is build
the body and Make energetic. 10%-15% protein is in Salmon, hilsha fish, flat fish, 18%-20% Protein is in meat, egg, milk, etc.
Fat as :-Fat is essential to make warm our body. It is more Energetic than
protein. Fat is oil, egg, ghee, butter, that’s all. It contain vitamin A and B
that’s help to build the nerve system of our body.
Carbohydrate as :-
Carbohydrate help to preserve temperature and Strengthen body.
Carbohydrate is available in rice, Flour, chira, dull, potato, spinach,
sugar, etc.
Salt as :-Salt is need for build the body and prevent the feebleness of body.
Six % salt is spoiled in our body everyday. Salt is usually
broken our health and disturb in digestion.
Other vitamin :-Vitamin is used to build the body. calcium, iron, sodium, phosphorus, potassium, Ayden, is included in vitamin.
